Terms of service
- REGISTRATION FOR THE SERVICE
1.1. The Customer can register for a consultation, physiotherapist appointment, procedure and other service (hereinafter service) at Recovery Clinic OÜ (hereinafter service provider) by visiting us at 5 Ravi Str. in Tallinn along with calling in advance, or by phone at +372 552 5338, or via the website www.recoveryclinic.ee, or e -mail email@example.com;
1.2. Upon registration of the Customer for the provision of the service, the service provision agreement shall be deemed concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer. Pursuant to the service provision agreement, the Customer shall have the right to receive the service at the agreed service time, if the provision of the service is possible and if there are no circumstances preventing / excluding the provision of the service;
1.3. The service provision agreement consists of these general terms and conditions, the agreement with the Customer entered into orally or in writing, and the procedures, rules and requirements valid at the Service Provider and notified to the Customer in advance (complaint resolution procedure, paid service procedure, sensitive personal data revealing procedure, etc.);
1.4. By registering for the service, the Customer agrees to comply with the terms of service.
- TERMS OF SERVICE RENDERING
2.1. The Customer must pay for the service provided to him in accordance with the price list established by the Service Provider.
2.2. A referral note is not required to provide the services.
2.3. The Customer shall be responsible for the respective health condition envisaged for the provision of the service.
2.4. The Service Provider shall have the right to demand a reasonable advance payment from the Customer for the paid service.
2.5. The Service Provider shall have the right to change the price list. When changing the price list, the price of the service that was valid at the time of registration for the service shall be applied to the Customer.
- CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1. If the Customer does not show up for the physiotherapy or MMS service and does not cancel the visit no later than 24 hours (12 hours for other services) before the agreed time, 100% of the price of the service shall be payable by the Customer. If the Customer is late for the service for up to 20 minutes, the duration of the service will be shortened by that time and the full price must be paid. If the Customer is more than 20 minutes late, the Service Provider shall have the right to cancel the service and the full price must be paid. If the Customer delays payment, the Service Provider shall have the right to demand interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 0.05% per day for each day of delay until the amount due is paid in full. The Service Provider shall have the right to assign claims against the Customer to the agency providing the collection services.
3.2. If the Customer has paid for the service (e.g. 10x gift card) but cancels the service, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the Customer.
3.3. The Service Provider shall have the right to refuse to provide the Service to the Customer, i.e. to register for the service, if the Customer has failed to pay the prescribed amounts, including the case when the Customer is in arrears on payment to the Service Provider, or the provision of the service is in conflict with the general terms and conditions of the agreement, or under other circumstances provided for by legislation.
